fix(repo-assist): use gpt-5.6 alias instead of gpt-5.6-luna (#2915)

AWF v0.27.35 rejects the concrete id gpt-5.6-luna even though the
firewall model map includes the gpt-5.6 alias (copilot/gpt-5.6*).
